AI video credits and failed tasks

Understand AI video credits and failed tasks online: one attempt per generation, existing-task status checks and restoration after confirmed failures.

How do AI video credits and failed tasks work?

AI video credits represent video attempts in the current packs: 1, 3 or 9 videos. One new generation consumes one attempt. A confirmed failed task restores that attempt, while a queue or a temporary status-check error does not establish failure. Check the existing task before submitting another request.

Each new generation uses one video attempt. Check the current pricing page and checkout for pack amounts; changing a photo does not reuse a completed attempt.

Wait on the same task

Queue and processing times vary. A temporary status-check error does not confirm failure. Check the existing task before submitting again.

Confirmed failures

A confirmed failed generation restores its video attempt. This is distinct from a cash refund; an unsatisfactory completed result is not automatically a failed task.

Your next step

Watch the published example and check the creation guide before proceeding. Use the pricing page to compare the current pack amounts and availability. Keep an existing task or order open while checking a problem, rather than creating a new submission to troubleshoot it.

Frequently asked questions

Does refreshing the page use another attempt?

Checking the existing task is different from creating a new generation. Keep the current result link and use its status controls. Do not return to the upload form and press Generate again merely because a refresh is slow; a new submission can create a separate attempt with a separate task ID.

When is an attempt restored?

Restoration follows a confirmed failed generation, not every network error. A temporary inability to read status leaves the actual provider outcome uncertain. A completed result remains completed even if it does not meet an artistic preference. Attempt restoration and a cash refund are separate concepts; do not infer a cash refund from a credit balance change.

Which details help explain a task problem?

Record the task or order ID, the approximate submission time and the exact visible message. Note whether you can still access the private result page and whether a file appeared. Keep private tokens, passwords, payment details and API keys out of screenshots or public posts. No guaranteed completion time is advertised.

Is an account required, and what does a video cost?

No account is required for the guest flow. The listed one-time packs are 1 video for $7.99, 3 for $19.90 and 9 for $49.90. There is no free generation allowance. Payments and video generation are available. Choose a pack and review the total at checkout.

What format and watermark policy apply?

The current configuration requests 13 seconds in 21:9 widescreen at 480p. The published example is an MP4 with an audio track. Watermark-free output is not guaranteed for every generation; inspect the actual file before publication. This workflow takes one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB.

Where is my photo processed?

When a generation is submitted, the photo is sent to the AI provider; it is not processed entirely in your browser. This browser may save a draft. Use an authorized image, keep private result links secure and download work you want to retain. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised.
