Create your dance video

How do I prepare a useful help request?
Record the page address without its private token, the task or order ID, the approximate time and the exact visible error. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. What can I check while a task is waiting?
Return to the same task rather than uploading and generating again. A queued task, a processing task and a temporary status error are different states. Automatic checks may pause without proving that the provider has failed. Keep the task ID and check it later. A confirmed generation failure restores a video attempt; it is not an automatic cash refund. If a result already exists, retry playback or download from that result. A new generation creates a new interpretation and does not repair an existing download. Save the file locally and check its picture and audio before relying on it for a post or presentation.
